It was simply magical. As a kid I always watched other people play Crash. And later, when I was finally allowed to play on a PlayStation, this game made me laugh like crazy. First of all, Crash was never an easy game to finish. And if you decide to go all in and complete it fully, that will probably take you a whole year. Just try collecting all the crystals and boxes, all the skins, and finishing every level. That really is hard.
Crash Bandicoot is probably one of my favourite games also because you can simply not delete it from your PC and not throw the disc away: it will be fun to play again and again after a while. I would probably like to see some kind of cartoon set in this universe too. The cartoons and the story are fairly silly, but the funny story that is here is still very interesting to watch.
Crash is a dim-witted little fox, but he has real friends. This is one of those games I will definitely give my son to play: it develops motor skills, and the fourth instalment only confirmed its class.
A real, great platformer. 10 out of 10
